the place and the people.....

I knew I would be happy, to come here back again...
to catch up with my old friends, and to visit our favorite places again......

to see the places around and to walk on the same lanes again.....
to relive those good old days, and to miss them again..........

to look at our pictures that we had taken back then,
and to laugh & laugh and remember those silly & awful tales ....

to miss the good old times, and wish if time could just stand by,
and to promise ourselves that despite, this shall always be cherished by......

Chicago.....

It was the 12th of August,2007 afternoon when I landed in this city. My first visit to the phoren land.. My first stay outside home.without family..without friends...
And I just loved this city...Not only b'cos of its beautiful sites, warmth, the urbane feel,my first experience in US, but b'cos this city taught me to stay alone...do things on my own..to learn new things... the entire experience is something that i always wanted and now 'when I have been there done that ' it gives me sheer pleasure to sit back and live the moments again..this time only in my thoughts :)
And i can say, I love this city not just because it is one of the best cities to live in but also cos it taught me many things...about me :-)
